The Story

Tendai Hombarume, born in Rusape Dewedzo village 1980 found this amazing Evergreen Communities First Trust. A dream that came at age 14, a dream of bringing peace, love, care, and sharing welcoming internationals to mix with Africa and give Hope on Africa together as one. Tendai grew up with ambition of working hard grow green before green goes off in all communities around Zimbabwe

As of now, Evergreen Communities First Trust established quite a number of activities both caltural and economic activities targeting all dissadvantaged youths in various communities around sub saharian African country. This led to the establishment of the two villages in Hwange district in Zimbabwe namely Phakama Village and Evergreen Village

Our organisation is now serving over 200 disadvantaged people on these two villages mainly forcusing on Agriculture and environmemnt conservation, empowering youths to know how to work with their hands and be able to sustain themselves and their families thus eradicating poverty in communities.

Our Main objectives

Working closely with members of the communities to enlighten various challenges such as hunger and provide knowledge on the main causes that affect them socially

To introduce reform programs with aim to bring social reforms in a community

To create and build the intrest of community welfare among the beneficiaries and mobilizing them to participate in the collective work for the community development

To set up Agricultural, fishery, dairy, poultry projects for training and improvisation

To establish, maintain and run studentships, scholarships and render other kind of aid to students including supply of books,stipeds,medals and other incentives to study without distinction as to colour, race, creed or sex but with special attention to poor, handcapped and opharns.
